Why we do this
Our goal is to put down roots in Monmouth County and become a real part of the community we serve. As Christians, we believe in loving our neighbors and giving back wherever we can. Working side by side as husband and wife, we pour our talents into helping every client make the right move for their family, and we hope to grow that impact year after year.
Giving back is built into how we work. We volunteer our time locally, and we donate a portion of every closing to charity. To us, real estate is more than a business. It is a way of life that lets us help the people around us.
Bobby Trinneer
Bobby moved to Middletown after marrying Christina, bringing three years of real estate experience from his work on a team before relocating to the area. He holds an MBA from Rider University and has a background in sales and residential construction, so he looks at a home the way both a buyer and a builder would: what it is worth, what it needs, and what those fixes will really cost.
Bobby also owns Happy 2 Help Handyman, a Monmouth County handyman service where he and his team help homeowners and real estate professionals across the area. For sellers, that means practical advice on which repairs are worth doing before you list. For buyers, it means a clear read on inspection reports and renovation costs.

Christina Trinneer
Christina grew up in Middletown and returned home last year after college, early career moves and marrying Bobby. She knows the town the way only a local can, from its neighborhoods and schools to the places families love on weekends.
For the past few years Christina worked behind the scenes on Bobby’s transactions, and she recently earned her license to focus on real estate full time and give her clients her complete attention. Her background spans marketing and e-commerce, website management, recruitment, territory management and strategic communications, which means your home gets marketed well and you are well taken care of throughout the entire process.
